Building a strong foundation

Mr. Dennis Uy’s vision of providing internet and data services began in the forming of ComClark Network and Technology Corporation in partnership with Clark Telecom, Inc (a subsidiary of PLDT) in 1996. This was the beginning of the journey of what ComClark is today and it’s thrust towards the future.

As the demand for higher, clearer and faster bandwidth grew, Mr. Uy pioneered and launched the first Data over Cable Service Interface Specification protocol (DOCSIS) technology on the existing Hybrid Fiber Co-Axial (HFC) Cable TV Network which already had a distribution capacity then of more than 20,000 subscribers.

To further meet the needs and demands of the market, ComClark started building corollary products and services to its offering which has established ComClark as the emergent full service ICT/Broadband Solutions Provider of choice in the industry.
